About Aravind
Aravind Krishnan is a numerologist and the research lead behind LoshuGridCalculators.com. He focuses on the practical and structured study of Lo Shu Grid numerology. Based in Chevayur, Kozhikode, he views numerology not as a predictive service, but as a system for analysing human behaviour patterns and personality tendencies.
His interest in numerology began in 2010 after coming across a book on Chinese divination systems at the SM Street in Kozhikode. What started as curiosity gradually developed into a long-term area of study. Instead of treating numerology as belief-driven, Aravind was drawn to its pattern-based structure — particularly how recurring number combinations appeared to correlate with observable traits and tendencies.
With a B.A. in Philosophy from Calicut University (2008), Aravind’s transition into numerology was driven by a desire to find the intersection between ancient logic and modern personality psychology.
Study, Expertise and Research
Over the years, Aravind has studied a wide range of Lo Shu Grid and numerology materials. This includes:
- Practitioner literature from Indian numerology institutes
- Works by authors such as Sandeep Narula and Dr. J.C. Chaudhry
- Translated references on traditional Chinese numerological systems
Alongside theoretical study, he has spent years informally analysing charts for friends, family, and local communities. This allowed him to compare interpretations with real-world behavioural patterns and also refined his understanding through observation rather than assumption.
By around 2015, he began developing a more structured interpretation approach. He started focusing on:
- The Eight Planes of Success: Mapping how specific number combinations influence willpower, thought, and action.
- Elemental Balancing: Creating precise, practical remedies for “missing numbers” that align with Five-Element Theory.
- Comparative Logic: Analyzing the similarities between Vedic and Chinese numerological systems.
Most of the interpretive rules used in this website’s calculators are derived from this ongoing work.
Approach & Philosophy
Aravind does not position himself as a commercial numerologist. He does not offer paid readings or predictions. His focus is on documenting and presenting Lo Shu Grid analysis in a way that is:
- Structured rather than vague
- Consistent rather than anecdotal
- Interpretable without dependency on a practitioner
He views numerology as a knowledge system that sits somewhere between philosophy and behavioural observation — and believes it should be presented with clarity rather than mysticism.
Work Beyond This Platform
Aravind lives a short walk from the Kozhikode coastline, a location he claims suits his personal grid perfectly.
Outside of his research work, Aravind teaches mathematics and logic through private tuition at his hometown. He often visits various parts of the country to attend seminars and meetings on numerology. He often draws parallels between numerical reasoning and pattern recognition in numerology, particularly in how structured systems can be used to interpret complex behaviours.
He also participates in small local discussion groups on philosophy and traditional knowledge systems, where he explores how older frameworks can be interpreted in a modern, rational context.
Personal Note
“I’ve always been interested in systems that try to explain human behaviour in structured ways. Numerology without exaggeration, is one such system. My goal with this platform is simple; present Loshu Grid clearly, and let people decide its value for themselves.”
